Due to the unique circumstances of the COVID-19 pandemic, we currently are unable to accept returns or process exchanges for any merchandise purchased from our website.

This policy is in place to prioritize the safety and health of our customers and staff by minimizing the handling of products that have left our fulfillment center.

Currently, we only ship within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time. 

We can only change the shipping address if your order has not been shipped yet. Please contact our customer support as soon as possible to request a change.

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact our Customer Support Team as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request before the order is processed for shipment. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. Please contact us with the email listed below.

Yes certainly! I specialize in drawing females. However, I would love to draw any request you may have that is of a male instead! Please ask for examples if you would like to see my art style for males and I would be happy to provide that for you.

There are many way to request a commission! The fastest and easiest way is by sending me a DM via Instagram @daryaelan. Stating what commission type you are interested in. Or by sending me an email at daryaelancontact@gmail.com. Lastly by filling out the google form. Any of these are acceptable - and I hope to work with you soon! 

Yes, I have a few discount options available as well as free commission options:

1. Referral discount: Refer-a-friend to BOTH receive 10% off any order! 

2. Via Discord: If you have Nitro you can boost my server to receive a free anime girl headshot commission! Boost the server here!

3. Via Discord: By chance win a free commission of your OC by adding photos of your OC to the 'original character channel' on Discord!

4. Via Patreon: Free commissions are available by signing up for my Patreon. Every new member will revive a custom free chibi. For Gold and Platinum members free anime girl commissions are available after 3 months. Lastly Platinum members have reoccurring free commissions (after the first 3 months) every 6 months.
